Teeling Rising Reserve
Series 2
The second edition of the Rising Reserve series consists of 21-Year-Old Single Malt that was initially aged in ex-Bourbon casks for over 18 years, before being finished in high quality Marsala casks, a fortified wine from Sicily, for 3 years. This dual maturation and in particular long finishing time in the Marsala casks imparts distinctive dark fruit notes and orchard fruit married with a brown sugar cinnamon like spice.

Teeling Blackpitts
Cask Strength
Matured exclusively in ex-Bourbon casks before being bottled at 56.5% with no chill filtration. This creates a truly unique taste of savoury BBQ smoke, fresh fruits and maple syrup sweetness, creating an unconventional Irish whiskey of true character.

Teeling X Irishmalts
Single Cask Bordeaux Red Wine Finish
Collaboration with Irishmalts. Bordeaux Red Wine matured Single Cask full of magnificent Single Pot Still Whiskey. A limited release, with a yield of just 282 bottles, non-chill filtered.

Bushmills
16 year
Bushmills Single Malt Whiskey 16 year old is truly one of the great whiskeys of the world. Aged for about 15 years in a combination of Oloroso Sherry and bourbon-seasoned casks, and then finished for about 9 months in port wine pipes (large barrels unique to making port wine.) This single malt shows its layers of flavor, juicy fruits, nuts and spice, as well as a hint of ruby redness. It’s best enjoyed neat. Okay, maybe one small cube of ice to open it up.

Red Spot 15
Batch 3
Red Spot Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey has matured for over 15 years in a combination of American Bourbon casks, Spanish sherry butts and Sicilian Marsala wine casks, all contributing in rich and complex flavours, making it the top spot in the range.

Redbreast 12 Year
Cask Strength B1/23
This single pot still whiskey, crafted exclusively at the renowned Midleton Distillery in Co. Cork, is a proud expression of Ireland’s whiskey-making tradition. Its cask strength nature, bottled directly from the cask without dilution, encapsulates the whiskey’s authentic essence at an impressive 57.2% alcohol by volume. Non-chill filtered and matured in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks, Redbreast 12 Cask Strength offers an unparalleled, pure taste experience that’s both bold and sophisticated.

Green Spot
Chateaux Montelena
Green Spot Chateau Montelena is the 2nd edition of the Wine Geese series, following Green Spot Chateau Léoville Barton, released in 2015. Initially matured in traditional sherry and bourbon casks, Green Spot Chateau Montelena was then finished for 12 months in French oak Zinfandel wine casks, from the prestigious Chateau Montelena in Napa Valley.

REDBREAST TAWNY PORT CASK EDITION
Redbreast Tawny Port Cask Edition is a single pot still Irish whiskey initially matured in a combination of bourbon and oloroso sherry casks. The whiskey was then finished in Tawny Port casks for a number of years, adding a new dimension to the profile used in the expression. All of the whiskeys then completed their maturation journey by marrying in freshly seasoned tawny port hogsheads for a final maturation period of 14-25 months.

Yellow Spot 12
Yellow Spot is more in character with juicy red apples. Sophisticated and complex in character, the inclusion of full term matured whiskey from ex Malaga casks contributes exotic characteristics to the whiskey.

Blue Spot 7 Year
Cask Strength
Blue Spot from the Mitchell & Sons Spot Range is a single pot still which is matured for at least seven years in Bourbon barrels, Sherry butts and Portuguese Madeira casks. Non chill filtered and bottled at cask strength 58.9%

Writers Tears
Inniskillen Ice Wine Finish
The limited-edition release of 3,500 bottles is a unique triple-distilled vatting of Single Pot Still & Single Malt whiskeys, has been finished for an additional 12 months in icewine hogsheads, before being bottled at 46% ABV.

METHOD AND MADNESS
SINGLE POT STILL
A Single Pot Still whiskey aged in chestnut casks, a combination of what we’ve always done in Midleton and what we’ve never tried before. It’s not often we stray from the traditional oak, but one sip suggests it was well worth the deviation.

Grace O'Malley Limited
Dark Char & Rum Cask
Grace O Malley’s Limited edition blend is comprised of Irish grain and malt whiskies which have had a double cask maturation. First aging is done in deep charred American oak casks which give the whiskey a smoothness with a vanilla sweetness. Finished in Caribbean rum casks for exotic notes of tropical fruits and almonds.

Waterford Peated
Single Farm Origin Lacken 1.1
Arcadian barley, from their secret garden of delights, explores the natural flavours, intensity & honesty of old ways. Out of necessity since the dawn of time, peat has been the primary fuel source in rural Ireland, with its sweet pungency familiar to generations gathered around the ancient hearths of thatch-roofed blackhouses. Farmer, & often illicit distiller, dried barley over peat smoke infusing the same heady aromatics, an ancient custom that died out from the 1850s. With this Single Farm Origin’s barley, Irish grown & Irish peated, we return to the earthy, wild & raw tradition rooted in the distant past.
